The knowledge network generation and its implications in strategic sectors: case of the shrimp fishery sector in Sinaloa, Mexico

Abstract

The management of knowledge networks (GRC) in strategic sectors and organizations that promote economic development (or food in this case), is a new way of managing companies putting knowledge in the foreground, the shrimp fishing sector is a considerable economic area for many countries, as well as other strategic areas such as: mining, livestock, agriculture, among others; and in some regions such as the state of Sinaloa, Mexico is essential for its development, this article addresses how companies in the sector use this form of administration and the implications of it. The present investigation corresponds to a non-experimental, mixed, cross-sectional and correlational design, which reflects the activities and relationships established between them of the shrimp subsector of the State of Sinaloa regarding GRC, the instrument used was the survey (valid for others studies) same that were applied to middle and high managers related to the activities of the sector analyzed, the objective of this study is how the GRC impacts the competitiveness of organizations in this sector, where it is found that although it impacts some activities; We need to go deeper and use this form of administration.
