Quality of work life of upper secondary education personnel in the municipality of Huatabampo, Sonora

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the quality of working life in terms of the level of studies of the administrative and academic staff of upper secondary education, of the municipality of Huatabampo, Sonora, this idea arose from the lack of studies on this subject that exists currently in that place; To obtain information, an instrument was applied to 107 subjects to evaluate the quality of working life, where an 8.24 was obtained; This results in the research being part of a non-probabilistic sampling. For the data analysis, SPSS 22 was used, to know the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov was used, likewise, inferentially and under a standard statistical method. As the t-test implemented in the SPSS statistical package, it could be observed, with a significance lower than 0.01 (p-value = 0.000) and a reliability of 95%, that there are significant differences between the level of quality of life of the personnel and the level of studies of the same, since it is statistically different from zero.
