Abstract

This study seeks to explain the regulatory needs arising from the intracranial implantation of brain-computer interfaces in humans. This is achieved through an exploration of arguments in favor of their use, while simultaneously examining the inherent risks of their implementation. These risks are particularly relevant to legal science given the existence of potentially unique and unusual rights within legal systems.
