Abstract

The organizational change does not happen by decree because the natural resistance that arises in individuals, due to fear of the unknown things or lack of personal benefit. This research raises the question: How was the process of modernization in the industrial enterprise, the role of the leader, and which were the main sources of resistance to change in human resources about the implementation of organizational change, as well as the role played by communication and training in achieving a culture that promotes quality and organizational productivity?
