About the Journal
JUS Law Review, published by the Constitutional Law Academic Body of the Faculty of Law, Culiacán, is a national and international scientific journal issued through the Graduate Studies Unit of the Faculty of Law, Culiacán, Autonomous University of Sinaloa. It is published three times a year, corresponding to the periods January–April, May–August, and September–December.
Aimed at academics, students, and professionals interested in the study of law and related disciplines, JUS Law Review publishes original and unpublished research articles presenting findings and analyses in various branches of law and related fields. Contributions are accepted in Spanish, English, and French.
Supported by an extensive network of local, national, and international reviewers, the Editorial Board, composed of specialists in the subjects covered by the journal, anonymously evaluates submitted manuscripts to determine their suitability for publication. Editorial decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
JUS Law Review, published by the Constitutional Law Academic Body, is available in both print and electronic formats, with three issues per year. The journal provides immediate and unrestricted access to all its contents upon publication (Open Access). Its contents are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows third parties to adapt, distribute, copy, and display the articles provided that proper attribution is given to the authors, the publication in JUS Law Review, the specific issue and page numbers where the information was found, and that derivative works are licensed under the same terms.
JUS Law Review aims to promote the dissemination of scientific and humanistic knowledge in the field of law and legal sciences through the publication of original research, theoretical studies, critical analyses, and scholarly reflections that contribute to strengthening the rule of law, justice, human rights, and the resolution of contemporary legal challenges in both national and international contexts.

Publication Charges
The submission of manuscripts is free of charge. No article processing charges (APCs), editorial fees, or publication fees are required for open-access publication.
