The revocation of mandate in Mexico: a legal analysis

The present research work analyzes the recall of mandate in different aspects, regarding participatory democracy, the reform of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and the secondary laws that created this legal figure. Additionally, it studies the public debate between the State Powers and the National Electoral Institute concerning different resolutions and actions carried out during the development of this process, which took place for the first time in Mexico.
