Smart Contract & Tokens in Foreign Direct Investment: contributions to the financial legal system.

Abstract

Currently in Mexico there is more adequate information and experience to design financial and investment strategies, as well as projects with a long-term vision. The present analysis is a case study that was carried out for the state of Jalisco in terms of Foreign Direct Investment, the above to serve as a basis for the other federal entities, to give greater certainty to investments and therefore to generate more employment. Something additional to this is not to lose focus on taking advantage of technology, since the pandemic intensified its use and plays an important role. In addition to the above, the scarce budget that throughout history has affected federal, state and municipal governments, as well as the new policies implemented by the federation in this last six year term, has allowed different alternatives to be analyzed to attract investement foreinger to Jalisco. This document is based on Blockchain technology, its purpose is to review the Smart Contract and token concepts as instruments to strengthen the attraction for foreign investment, looking for areas of opportunity not only to strengthen said attraction, but also opportunities to be at the forefront in global technology and learn about the contributions in financial matters. The methods are described in the methodological part and the interview tool was used.
