Abstract

Persons deprived of their liberty also have been classified as a vulnerable group, due to the total restriction of their freedom. It has been through human rights reforms that we have tried to respect the prerogatives established both in our supreme law and in the international treaties of which we are a part. However, reality is different. The grievances committed against detainees and persons who are deprived of their liberty, whether for preventive detention as a precautionary measure or for the satisfaction of a judgement, continue committing due to the various processes in the procurement and administration of criminal justice.
