Abstract

As a consequence of globalization and covid-19, the transfer of electronic payments through many applications on computers and cell pones to avoid physical contact increased considerably. Nowadays, given the difficult economic panorama that is presented, new dynamics acquire relevance, one of them is the use of wallets, also known as electronic purses. In Mexico, in 2018 the Fintech law arises, wich regulates electonic payment funds, all those payments for services in issuance, administration, transmisión through applications, internet pages and digital media. One of the great challenges that wallets face is the issue of security and data management of people who participate in these operations on the internet. A larger Budget is necessary to strenghten cybersecurity in the States, coordinated dissemination among international actors and the issue of data on the network.
