Editor's Letter

It is a pleasure to share with our academic community news that represents an important step in the consolidation of QUIBIOUAS Journal of Chemical and Biological Sciences.

We are pleased to announce that QUIBIOUAS Journal of Chemical and Biological Sciences is now included in the Catalog of Journals recognized by the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (SECIHTI). This recognition strengthens our presence within the field of scientific communication and reaffirms our commitment to editorial quality and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.

This achievement follows the prior assignment of our ISSN 3122-4229, an identifier that provides the journal with a formal editorial identity and enhances its visibility and recognition at both the national and international levels. Likewise, we will soon be incorporating the use of DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) for our articles, providing each publication with a permanent identifier that facilitates its discovery, citation, and tracking within the academic environment.

These advances are the result of the collective efforts of authors, reviewers, editors, members of the Scientific Committee, and the entire team that makes the publication of each issue possible. To all of you, we extend our sincere gratitude for placing your trust in this journal and contributing to its growth.

We will continue working to strengthen our editorial processes, expand our visibility, and promote new opportunities for indexing and recognition, while always maintaining our commitment to quality, scientific rigor, transparency, and open access.
