About the Journal

Revista Científica FEMUAS is a biannual scientific journal published by the Facultad de Enfermería Mochis of the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa. Its primary purpose is to disseminate scientific knowledge in Nursing and related fields, with the aim of advancing knowledge, promoting high-quality care, strengthening professional competencies, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration.

Revista Científica FEMUAS is intended for scientists, academics, healthcare professionals, and students who may contribute as authors of Letters to the Editor, Original Articles, Review Articles, and Innovation Contributions to Practice.

We are a Diamond Open Access (Diamond OA) journal, in accordance with the OA Diamond Journals Study (2021). This means that our publishing model is completely free of submission, processing, and publication fees, with no Article Submission Charges (ASC) or Article Processing Charges (APC) required from authors.

All content published in Revista Científica FEMUAS is freely available for reading, downloading, and distribution. Free and universal access to knowledge is our highest priority. Our editorial model promotes equity in scientific publishing by ensuring that neither authors nor readers face financial barriers. We are committed to open, inclusive, and sustainable science.
