Abstract

The FEMUAS Scientific Journal presents its Volume 4 as an expression of its institutional commitment to the generation, consolidation, and transfer of knowledge, in accordance with the Institutional Development Plan with a Vision for the Future 2029 of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, particularly with Axis II: Research and Knowledge Transfer. The articles in this issue address current and priority issues from various perspectives, with relevant contributions to social welfare, human resources training, and the improvement of healthcare processes, highlighting the analysis of public health competencies in nursing interns, the influence of verbal persuasion on self-efficacy in sexual relations among young people, the application of evidence-based nursing to a young adult with suicidal self-harming behavior, and the study of academic stress and its relationship to academic performance in university students, reaffirming FEMUAS as a strategic means of disseminating knowledge with social impact.
