Revista Científica FEMUAS proudly presents Issue 4 as a reflection of its institutional commitment to the generation, consolidation, and transfer of knowledge, in alignment with the Institutional Development Plan with a Vision for the Future 2029 of the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa, specifically Axis II: Research and Knowledge Transfer.The articles featured in this issue address current and priority nursing-related challenges from diverse perspectives, offering valuable contributions to social well-being, human resource development, and the improvement of healthcare processes. Highlights include studies on public health competencies, psychosocial factors influencing sexual health, workplace induction programs for novice nurses, evidence-based clinical practice in the management of self-injurious behaviors, and academic stress among university students.
Collectively, these contributions support the development of educational, clinical, and institutional strategies, reaffirming Revista Científica FEMUAS as a strategic platform for the dissemination of knowledge with meaningful social impact.
