Abstract

Against a backdrop of profound epidemiological, demographic, and social transformations, research in nursing and health sciences has assumed increasing relevance. By generating robust scientific evidence, it contributes to a deeper understanding of complex health challenges, informs clinical and policy decision-making, and supports the design and implementation of evidence-based interventions responsive to the needs of individuals, families, and communities. Within this context, the articles featured in this issue illustrate the thematic and methodological diversity inherent in the discipline. They address priority health concerns through quantitative studies, literature reviews, and scholarly contributions aimed at advancing knowledge and strengthening professional nursing practice.
