Revista Científica FEMUAS
No. 3 (2025)In this third issue you will find manuscripts that analyze educational gaps in some high-risk populations such as adolescents, specifically on HIV transmission routes and sexual attitudes, which highlights the urgency of implementing preventive programs with a cultural approach in rural communities. In addition, articles are included on the vulnerability of this population to this disease and to the harmful consumption of substances harmful to their wellbeing, such as alcohol. It is through the qualitative approach that you will be able to read an article that explores the experiences of the loss of health in hospitalized older adults, considering its physical, emotional and social impact, and the relationship with the medical environment and the available support.
This issue integrates information on the benefits of implementing information technologies in the nursing profession, with emphasis on telemedicine as a resource for monitoring and predictive analysis of diseases.
