The book Theoretical Frameworks for the Study of Economic and Administrative Sciences, edited by Ezequiel Avilés Ochoa and Marco Antonio Rodríguez Peñuelas, aims to disseminate a range of authors, theories, and concepts located at the frontier of knowledge through diverse perspectives applied to organizational analysis. The work brings together eight articles by fifteen authors who, from an intergenerational and interinstitutional approach, address key topics in business economics and management, as well as subfields related to financial risk, decision-making, business strategies, organizational change with social responsibility, corporate culture in family businesses, and quality management. In addition, it presents relevant theses on leadership, corporate commitment to the community, and education as a driver of social transformation, leaving open the ongoing challenge of research as a way of life within the academic sphere.
