Commercial banking and financing for exporting manufacturing SMEs in Sinaloa

Currently developing economies understand the importance of SMEs´ development and its relationship with economic growth, not only because of the large number of jobs they created, but also because of the flexibility they have to adapt to technological changes. In the following paper, we present a research focus on the private financing sector and its financing grant to SMEs engaged in the export of manufactured goods of Culiacan, Sinaloa. The analysis process is placed first in the private financing sector and its demanding requirements in order to obtain financing, and the laws that relate these requirements. On the other hand, we also analyzed of the companies that have the characteristics of SMEs involved in the export of manufactured goods in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa. In addition, we present an interpretation of the data, which shows a problem that has dragged our country for more than ı3 years, as a result of the economic problems of the last decade of the previous century. Despite the Mexican financial system modernization and support programs in the three levels of government (federal, state and municipal) are not able to stabilize providing financing that facilitates the development of the opportunities presented. SMBs with these characteristics have learned to grow competed markets, often with large Mexican companies and other foreign invested.
