This study was an analysis of existing in the transmission of know ledge in practice the work done by the people who serve in the maquiladora industry in MSMEs located in Tehuacan Puebla, Mexico and networks of interorganizational knowledge-sectoral specificities as facilitators of that transmission; between persons engaged in the aforementioned legally established maquilas, considered first generation which are characterized by high utilization of labor. The methodology is framed on two levels, the first of which was to review the literature, the current situation of maquiladoras clothing and their employees. The background field information was compiled with the application of a questionnaire to 383 maquila workers. The results show how knowledge transfer occurs and that this transfer is born actual work in the maquila.
