Abstract

The interiority of man, within the legal world has always been something so to speak intangible for the norm, however, with the passage of time and with the advances within the scientific study of law, this has been covered to such a degree of giving it a vital importance even compared to other types of rights rooted in human nature, since within such interiority of each person are encompassed: honor, reputation, good image, intimacy, privacy, private life, some values, morals, as well as the consequences that may arise from the damage done to any of the above; it is not possible then, according to legal advances, to ignore and disregard the legal protection that have been conferred to each of the elements that revolve around privacy or human interiority, since as has been seen today (see relevant cases in social networks and / or news) it is easy to affect the image of people through publications without the consent of the owner of the same, which in turn is illegal according to the Law on Protection of Personal Data, therefore this paper is a doctrinal study on the importance of the duty to protect the privacy of man, as well as the right of protection that each person has to preserve the good image before society, and that without the consent of the owner of an alleged information, it should not be published or give illegal treatment according to the Law in question.
