The purpose of this work is to analyze some of the representations of violence in the city as a product of urban dynamics and under the context of the daily experience of some women in the city and the scenarios that violate them, in order to establish some elements that allow us to create an approach to the problem from the perspective of the women themselves, referring to the way they live, symbolize, perceive or suffer this violence. The results of this research presented here are part of a more extensive analysis of violence against women in Culiacán Sinaloa.
