BUIYYA TIERRAAbstract
It is with great satisfaction that we present to the academic community the January–June issue of BUIYYA TIERRA, a journal that continues to establish itself as a forum for reflection and scholarly debate on contemporary issues in education, law, and the social sciences in Mexico and Latin America. In this issue, we reaffirm our commitment to the production of critical knowledge and to the dissemination of research that engages with the realities of our regions from a rigorous and pluralistic perspective.
The articles included in this issue address, through diverse methodological and disciplinary approaches, key topics for understanding today's challenges. They include analyses of motivation as a fundamental factor in learning within undergraduate education programs, highlighting the importance of pedagogical strategies aimed at fostering personal development and recognizing students' efforts. This issue also features studies on artificial intelligence and climate sustainability, legal regulations and normative transformations, as well as research examining economic transfers in community contexts and the tensions among gender, family, and the market, demonstrating the diversity of issues shaping our contemporary societies.
