Burnout syndrome in nurses of the IMSS in Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

At work, the performance of activities can be referred to the work task that is required to comply with accountability through perceived personal capacity in terms of how we evaluate the difficulty of work and freedom of decision. Occupational stress is a result of the evaluation that each person makes regarding the difficulty of the activities to be played. If the stressful process is constant, daily, can become chronic, presenting multiple physiological, psychological and behavioral symptoms. If in addition, the work process is related to the care of people and their demands, the demand is greater, and affects emotional situations that can lead to burnout syndrome. It analyzes a group of nurses from IMSS 49 of the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, using scales measuring job task, chronic stress and burnout. We worked with 76 nurses who assess the high quantity and responsibility for their work and where they show any symptoms of stress which frequent in just over a third of them have the dimensions of depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, from the burnout syndrome.
