Influence of the management function and the formal structure in the growth of a construction company

Achieving enterprise competitiveness requires the participation of human resources it is important to accomplish it an efficient management of owners and executives who through leadership, motivation and communication engage human resources to organizational objectives. So, this paper shows the results obtained through a joint research using qualitative case study tradition, which allowed deep study of a construction company to achieve the objective of analyzing the management function and the formal structure of the small business Jorobok Constructions to determine how it engages employees with the goals of the organization and how they influence in its growth. Finding the policy function and the formal structure has great influence on the growth of the company being researched, and the need to define policies to encourage or reward staffs, which are valued. This requires maintaining a constant and direct communication with each of them.
