The didactics for the training in finances in programs of administration of companies

This article, the result of research on didactics, allowed us to generate didactic guidelines, support for financial training in the Business Administration program, through analysis, exploratory, descriptive, documentary and discriminant. Through this work, it is intended to relate and articulate the variables: didactics, training, finance and pedagogy to achieve effectiveness in financial education. It was possible to characterize the understandable epistemological, theoretical and methodological foundations of education in finance. Identify the teaching processes in teaching finance and based on didactic knowledge resignification in order to instruct in finance. In addition, it was evident how comprehensive didactics is the greatest applied in the teaching process in finance by teachers, it was concluded in the research that there is no articulation of didactics in the learning of finance in business administration programs with the economic reality and financial environment from the processes and pedagogical models, curricula, result of the confrontation of perceptions between teachers, students and observations in the classroom.
