The influence of identification on employee loyalty

Different investigations have shown that identification is a key variable in the survival of organizations through customer attraction and retention. However, identification goes beyond customer loyalty. Therefore, this research analyzes the influence of identification on employee loyalty as mechanisms to gain competitiveness in the current environment. Data collection was carried out through an online survey in a higher education institution. The statistical technique used to analyze the data was structural equations. The results reflect that identification significantly influences employee loyalty. Finally, a series of implications for the management of higher education institutions are carried out
