Abstract

This project focuses on a methodology for the administration and maintenance of postgraduate websites to ensure their update, technical functionality, and accessibility. University websites are a strategic tool for communication and institutional image, although they often present problems such as lack of updates, low usability, and unattractive designs. The general objective is to comprehensively manage these websites to efficiently disseminate academic, administrative, and cultural information, strengthening institutional communication and the innovative image of the university. The methodology is structured in five phases: analysis and planning, design, development and management, implementation, and maintenance/update. In conclusion, the project seeks to transform postgraduate portals into a dynamic, reliable, and strategic channel to improve user experience and boost the competitiveness of academic programs.
