All qualitative research, in the process of searching for arguments and meanings about an object of study, concludes by identifying certain unforeseen findings that open new lines of research. In this way, this article comes from an investigation about the study of values in teaching practice that directs the gaze to the attitude. The short life story was used as a research instrument, which were written by students of the Upper Secondary Level of different semesters and campuses of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. The purpose was to listen to the voices that reflect subjectivities of the students about the axiological attitude in the teaching practice; axiological in the sense of implying ethical values. Giving voice and
listening guides teachers and managers towards the reflection of attitudinal and ethical care in the classroom.
Each voice represents a growing person who receives messages, learns and responds to them. The research is based on the knowledge and importance of the life story, life in the classrooms and the decent attitude category and its importance in teaching.
