Author Guidelines

Submission and Evaluation Process

Authors are invited to submit their work to Revista Ciencias del Mar UAS. All submissions will undergo an initial evaluation by an editor to determine if they meet the journal's aims and scope. Suitable manuscripts will be subjected to a double-blind peer review to determine their acceptance or rejection.

  • Institutional Affiliation: Affiliations must be presented strictly in three levels: 1. Institution, 2. Department or Faculty, 3. Location (City and Country).
  • Bilingual Metadata: It is mandatory to enter the Title, Abstract, and Keywords into the platform in both Spanish and English.
  • Ethics and Permissions: Authors must obtain permissions for protected material, have the consent of all co-authors, and secure approval from an ethics committee where applicable.
