Strategy and management in agricultural organizations

The environment that surrounds the organizations in the international context, shows conditions where the difficulties for his permanency and development are increasingly strong. This environment, it provokes the imminent need to be attentive to the diverse changes that happen in the environment and to be sufficiently capable of answering with success to the requirements that this one demands. Of not being like that, the current organizations will traverse the risk of turn affected on the markets where they take part, diminishing his competitiveness and other factors, which can take her to slightly pleasing scenes as the disappearance of the market. Some organizations, as the agriculturalists, put into practice the utilization of modern technologies, new forms organizationales and new styles of administration, between which it emphasizes for his importance the practices of management (Rodríguez Peñuelas, 2004a). In order to be able to contribute elements to anticipate the described scenes and for tending to correct the problems related to the lack of knowledge of the organizations sinaloenses, as possible alternative we proposed ourselves, to study strategy and management in agricultural organizations, specifically in the Agricultural company San Isidro, located in Sinaloa’s condition. This way, the present work tries to bring us over to the knowledge of the objective reality of our organizations, trying to do, in addition, a contribution to the enrichment of the field of the Studies Organizationales in Mexico.
