Analysis of the cultural diversity management of agricultural day laborers in the San Quintín Valley

Agricultural companies are currently immersed in the dome of globalization and migration that has resulted in the interaction of individuals of different origins and culture in the same geographic space to which they have migrated in search of better job opportunities and conditions. Of life that exceed the status in the city of origin. Carrying out this study is relevant because the agricultural enterprises have a significant economic importance in the San Quintin Valley because they employ a large part of the economically active population of the region. However, a company cannot be totally competitive if the human capital that works in it is not satisfied and committed to its administrative style; the agricultural companies of the geographic region of the south of the municipality of Ensenada possess a diverse human capital as a result of the high rates of migration, however in the majority of the agricultural enterprises the management of the cultural diversity has not been put into practice and this has generated dissatisfaction in agricultural day laborers.
