Quality of Work Life of the Staff of a Public Accounting Firm in Ciudad Obregón

The quality of work life is an essential factor within companies in order to keep their comfort zone to carry out their daily tasks. This term is used to determine how workers objectively and subjectively perceive their environment within the institution, through dimensions that encompass their perception. The purpose of the research is to apply an instrument to know the quality of working life of the company’s workers. The study sample corresponding to 100% that is 18 workers out of 18 in total from the private sector. The measurement instrument applied for the quality of work life consists of 42 items divided into 4 indicators: job satisfaction, work conditions and environment, organization and global indicators. It is designed to help improve and correct the strategies with which companies or organizations operate, both to their internal and external stakeholders.
