The Impact of Tutoring on the Comprehensive Education of Students in the Post-COVID-19 Pandemic Era

In implementing a tutoring program—defined as a supportive process accompanying students throughout their educational journey—identifying academic needs and addressing personal development is crucial. Hence, tutors require training to employ effective strategies for preventing and rectifying underperformance and failures through individual and group support activities. To reach educational objectives, the tutoring program should leverage institutional support and encourage the active involvement of various stakeholders in the teaching and learning process. Consequently, this study delves into the impact of tutoring on the holistic development of students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in Mazatlán. Employing a quantitative approach, data from the Automated School Control System (By its initials in Spanish, SACE) was utilized for enhanced result interpretation.
