Language and its effects on organizations

The institutions, generally, are referred to norms of significant for the social groups life, defined and sanctioned, with an wide reach and penetration in the life of the individuals. The institutions also summon up life in the symbolic level of the social life, through representations and the concretion of meaning that are transmitted explicitly, in the manifest and latent speech, or implicitly in the same interaction of the individuals. The languages make possible in knowing, a knowledge that can be near the connoisseurs, but when the incapacity appears to go beyond the limits of the knowledge, it goes to languages substitutes to give account of the organizational realities as it is the case of the direct felt metaphors and they are left of side of the words and the speeches, and it is what brings about a substitution of answers that, although they can have application is gone to languages that allow the creativity through the imagination, but simultaneously limit the attention possibilities original problems because exactly limits the restlessness to generate new forms of knowledge and it is limited by effectiveness of the predominant language in an institution.
