The modern companies are forced to stay in a constant race of update and innovation in its processes and administrative structures to be able to subsist in a demanding and more and more competitive market, for the case of the horticultural companies is axiom does not exclude them. Generally, in this economic sector it has predominated the use of traditional systems of processes and administrative organization, for the case study that appears this in work of a company of this turn, was analyzed like has been the process of production and commercialization that the taken a to be leader in this branch, identifying itself that the strategies implemented at present in this company to obtain competitive advantages, articulate with theoretical contributions of the strategic schools raised by Minztberg, Ahlstrand and Lampel, and Thousands the typological proposal of & Snow, also the main obstacles were observed that face; giving like result the generation of a scheme that summarizes the evolutionary process of the forms of organization in the production and commercialization of the horticultural company.
