Application of a general consultancy to an industrial branch automotive plant of Empalme, Sonora

Applying a general consultancy to a plant of the automotive industrial sector in Tetakawi of Empalme, Sonora, in order to know the areas of opportunity of the company to create improvement proposals, is the objective of this research. One of the main problems of this company is the classification and order of the raw material, to counteract this situation, it was decided to apply the Kubr consulting methodology (1995 cited by Bernal and Martínez, 2015) which consists of five phases which They are Phase 1: Initiation, Phase 2: Diagnosis, Phase 3: Planning, Phase 4: Application and Phase 5: Evaluation and closure. As a result of the application of the aforementioned methodology, the implementation of the 6’s was obtained as a strategy for the improvement of the work areas.
