This issue brings together scientific contributions addressing a variety of topics of clinical, community, educational, and healthcare management interest, reflecting the commitment of researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals to the advancement of evidence-based practice grounded in scientific rigor and human sensitivity.

These accomplishments represent an important step in the consolidation process of our journal and reaffirm the institutional commitment of the Faculty of Nursing Culiacán and the Autonomous University of Sinaloa to editorial quality, open access, and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
We express our sincere gratitude to the authors, reviewers, readers, and members of the editorial board for their trust and ongoing collaboration, which are fundamental elements for the growth and strengthening of this academic project.
