CIMAR UAS is a Diamond Open Access journal, meeting the highest standards of free access and scientific transparency:

  • No Fees for Authors (No APC): No charges are applied for manuscript submission, editorial processing, or publication.

  • No Fees for Readers: Access to articles is free, immediate, and in full text, without paywalls or subscriptions.

  • Community-Owned: Editorial management is handled by a non-profit institution, ensuring that knowledge remains a common good.

  • Institutional Sustainability: Operating costs are fully covered by the Autonomous University of Sinaloa.
