Clusters, enterprises networks and innovation in the smb of aquaculture in the Region Occidente Mexico,preliminaries conclusions.

Abstract

In this moment the reality of our country, forces to find new ways to solve old problems about basic sectors, the aquaculture development in primitive cultures in Mexico, has grown little as little, more like a steady effort to participate in productive activities of self consumption than as an orientation to small
business to design collective projects of clusters and develop Technology and Innovation. The Goal in This paper develops two essentials aspects: (1) the forms of Clusters or enterprises networks around the aquiculture farms, and (2) The focus of Technology and Innovation in small business and particularly in aquaculture farms. The basic question is; What is the characteristics in some forms of participation in enterprises, colleges, research centers, government and the society participate through collective work and Who is the process for innovation and technology in this enterprises? The focus is  qualitative supported in Atlas Ti software v.5.0.
