About the Journal

The journal of Chemical Biological Sciences of the UAS known as QuiBioUAS seeks the publication of unpublished scientific articles in the area of Chemistry. It is an open access journal for students, teachers, researchers and anyone interested. The journal's editor-in-chief is Ph.D. Martha Edith López López, Full-Time Research Professor and SNII level 1 at the Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences. The journal has a large editorial team that includes PhD researchers from the areas of Health, Engineering and Biotechnology who serve as technical support, section editors, style correction and layout. Likewise, it has a group of Research Professors belonging to the SNI level 1 and 2 who serve as a scientific committee, double-blind reviewers from various related institutions that make it possible to carry out each of the published issues.

The journal of Chemical Biological Science (QuiBioUAS) is a six-month period and open access journal, edited by the Autonomous University of Sinaloa through the Faculty of Chemical Biological Sciences, dedicated exclusively to the publication of original scientific articles on innovative research related to CHEMISTRY in the areas of Health, Engineering, Biotechnology, Education.

This journal, of unpublished works, is aimed at the community of researchers, professors, professionals, and students linked to the area of Chemistry who are interested in acquiring new knowledge. This journal is open to the entire chemical community in the country and abroad who are interested in publicizing the results of their research work, complying with the editorial policies established by its editorial committee.

QuiBioUAS is published every six months and receives manuscripts to be reviewed by its editorial committee, which must be accompanied by the letter of assignment of copyright. This will allow you to share, copy and redistribute this material for non-commercial purposes in any medium.

Guía de Autor 2da convocatoria (cierra 15 de mayo)

INVESTIGACIÓN ORIGINAL 4000 a 5000 palabras

Formato

-El texto debe presentarse en formato WORD, con extensión .doc 

-Los títulos principales van en mayúsculas, mientras que los subtítulos en tipo oración, ambos en negritas. 

-El texto debe estar justificado y tener 2.0 de interlineado; 12 puntos de tamaño y fuente Time New Roman o Arial. 

-Solamente se utiliza cursiva para las palabras en inglés u otro idioma distinto al español dentro del texto del escrito, nombres científicos y la abreviatura et al. 

-Enviar con formato de numeración de líneas del texto a partir de la segunda página. 

-El artículo debe dividirse en secciones claramente definidas como se menciona a continuación y cada encabezado de sección debe aparecer por sí solo en una línea separada en mayúscula y negritas. 

-Si el manuscrito usa abreviaturas, deben definirse en la primera mención y usarse consistentemente a partir de entonces.

-Las referencias bibliográficas no se consideran en las palabras límite del manuscrito y deben estar escritas en formato APA 7ma edición incluyendo el DOI como a continuación se muestra: https://doi.org/10.1007/s13197-020-04829-0

 

-Las tablas y figuras se anexarán al final del archivo de word, después de la bibliografía. Las tablas deberán contener el título en la parte superior (máximo 3) y las figuras en la parte inferior (máximo 4). Pueden agrupar imágenes de manera vertical para facilitar su acomodo en el artículo. 

-Debe revisar bien la traducción del título y abstract así como la coherencia y redacción de cada uno de los párrafos ya que los editores pueden rechazar su trabajo por la falta de coherencia o formato.
